Tools needed to build an UC

Building an UltraCruiser or UC Plus

Tools you will need or must have access to:

1. Band saw or saber saw.

2. Good tin snips: Left, right and straights (there will be some long straight cuts.)

3. Air rivet puller or hand pop rivet tool.

4. Air or electric drill.

5. Air rivet hammer and bucking tool.

6. Hacksaw

7. Deburring tools and files.

8. Drill bits; #41, #30 3/16" 1/4', 5/16".

9. A couple dozen regular bits of the above sizes.

10. Miscellaneous hammers, wrenches and screw drivers.

11. Access to a 4' or 8' brake.

12. Hole finders for 3/32" and 1/8" holes.
